According to the statement of the director of University of South Dakota nursing educational program Rapid Campus Schools City that they have always keep on putting nurses in their area but the only concern is that they can’t retain it. These nursing shortages in the different hospitals become one of the nation’s concern but not primarily focus on it due to its low pays or several people are lacking of interest upon foregoing nursing career or else several hospitals will be experiencing some high level of burnout that will lead to some few nurses to leave their clinical practice in order to be educated and be able to teach on college level of education. Thus, it limits the numbers of nurses that will be trained especially to those high schools graduates who aspire to become nurses in the future.

As a result, several supervisors who will be guiding the learners will provide several chances to practice over their hands on clinical skills that includes administer medication and inserting catheter or even IV. So, several practices also means that learners will be quite confident over their skills and even more likely have some positive experience on its first year as a nurse. In the second portion of this program, the entire nurses will be hired on this Regional will be able to participate on new, long term residency program where in each this new nurses will be paired with some mentor who is not their supervisor or some preceptor. This mentors who will be participating voluntarily are paid through stipend and be given some opportunity to taken some classes for nursing educational learning through the different universities.
