It’s been noted for several years that nursing role performs a very important role in medical or healthcare field. With that, a huge amount of money were been allotted in order to increase the numbers of nursing learners and to its faculty. In which, a new law was been establish in order to address the shortage of nursing in the country through providing about $30 million as part of its funding. The law that been passed recently during its regular session in Texas Legislature entirely earmarked about $5million to its University of Texas in Arlington for nursing stimulation laboratory in order to trained more nursing learners. This measure was already considered as a breakthrough in order to deal this ever growing nursing shortage due to its biggest increase upon funding through the state in addressing its concern according to the nursing experts.
About $14.7 million are entirely provided by the government and been considered as the state budget in order to support of increasing the numbers of nursing students and improvement of school campus facilities. Since, it’s already been noted that nursing shortage had already happening in the country. This shortage is quite alarming because it creates a huge effect or impact to the healthcare system of the country especially that the next few years to come it’s been estimated that there will be several individuals who will be retiring in their nursing job function and as well an increase of old age individuals. As a result, several individuals need healthcare assistances and so nursing staffs are very much in need.
With this great need of increasing the numbers of nurses in the country, advocates have already sought about $60 million in order to all the more support the nursing shortage and Clair Jordan have already seen that this funding will lead them to healthcare success of the country and of its nursing career building.
