Strengthening the Nursing System of the Country

The different local government officials here in United States are working out to investing much effort in creating several programs that will improve the nursing condition of the country especially right now that the country is as stake shortage that had happened in the nursing field and according to the Health Resources and Services Administration, it was expected that the shortage situation will worsen to one million loss of nurses by 2020 if the government will not take its immediate action in resolving this nursing shortage concern here in the country. As a result, around two-thirds or more state have allocated their funding in order to be used for the nursing shortage concerns in the country. The funding primarily focuses on the nursing educational improvement of the country. The government gives much emphasis on improving the nursing education of the country. Since, it is the main source of gaining knowledge and skills in order to produce a quality output in the nursing system of the country. At the same, strengthening the nursing education program especially for getting a higher education will be a gage for producing high quality of nursing individuals in the country that can combat nursing shortage and any other nursing concerns that may arise. Since, it had been seen that most of the nurses in the country are usually foregoing their career employment to the different hospitals or healthcare institutions in the country leaving only few individuals a choice to forego a higher nursing education in order to become nursing instructors. As a result, the government is providing several funds to expand the nursing scholarship and loan forgiveness programs to those nursing learners or nurses who are willing to forego their nursing higher career education.
The government had seen that through this programs and funding will become a gage to strengthen the nursing education system of the country and produce quality nurses that will really dedicate to serve the country‘s healthcare system. Since, attaining or training the nursing instructors is one of the important aspects that the government officials can ever done in order to fight the deterioration of nursing system in the country. Despite that they are only few nurses that will be left but still they can still be able to provide a quality services due to the trainings or learning’s that they have from their quality nursing instructors who become a prime mover in their learning growth.
