New Nursing Education Programs Launched in Indianapolis

Many students and professionals in the medical industry are happy with the many developments in the nursing industry – with the launching of these new programs many medical practitioners could upgrade their knowledge from the latest trend of the profession. In Indianapolis, a new collaborative effort in accelerated nursing program is recently launched most especially in Glendale, California with the cooperation of the San Diego State University, University of Oklahoma as well as Glendale Adventist Medical Center. This is now the second time that Orbis Education launched this kind of program for the betterment of the profession as well as updating the nursing education program in the country. The program allows students in Glendale and Los Angeles area to benefit from the new nursing education program dubbed as Accelerated Second Degree from the College of Nursing in Oklahoma.


Based on research, this is an innovative program which is reportedly blending both technology and tradition to give outstanding performance and benefits to the professionals as far as the medical practice is concerned. The programs offer online education as well as clinical education modules which are on-site programs for best career jobs in the future. Orbis Education is working this project with transparency in order to carefully manage logistics as well as developed with potentials partners in the program, college affiliates that also want to have this accelerated program in nursing. They’ve been also working diligently to maintain good standards in promoting new educational studies that will help propel the new studies in nursing. Orbis officials said there are standards in health and education which must be worked out properly in order to meet the demands of the times as far as innovations and new programs in nursing.
Daniel Briggs, Orbis Education CEO said the first batch enrolled under the accelerated BSN program is graduating in December, a living proof of their commitment to excellence in the nursing education programs. He said the company has a vision to operate the same project simultaneously. In Glendale, it was learned, there are students without previous experience in health education who can become a nurse in just a total of 14 months.

In Oklahoma University, for example, the theory part of the newest program is properly taught to students by the campus faculty and the clinical education part is also taught at Glendale Adventist Medical Center thru a select faculty members.
