It has already been known that United States is really experiencing a shortage issue towards to its nursing personnel’s in the different healthcare system of the country. With that case, the government encourages the young individuals to get a nursing career course program in order to increase the population rate of nurses in the country. To motivate the young individuals to forego a nursing educational course program, there are several scholarship, grants and educational loan that had been set by the different nursing schools in the country in order to give financial assistance to the young learners who will be continuing career education in nursing. As well, there are several private sectors in here in the United States, who are also giving their educational support to the nursing program by giving sponsoring the different nursing scholarship program and grants. Although, it can be observe that there had been a great improvement that can be seen in the nursing team in the country because the numbers of nurses had gradually increase in the different healthcare system in the country but most of these newly employed nurses are not registered nurses but rather a practical nurses who have taken a vocational nursing course program in the different nursing vocational schools of the country. As well, it has been noticed that most of the different nursing schools in the country especially in Oklahoma states that several learners are getting practical nursing course rather than to become a registered nurses. This case is quite an alarming situation because it gives creates an imbalance in the field of nursing. For that matter, the lawmakers especially the state in Oklahoma have created two strategies in order to uplift the status of registered nursing course. In which, the state government have decided that there must a nursing school that will only offer a registered nursing course program that will allow the learners to have a fulltime work at the same time continue their higher educational learning. The Oklahoma states have already chosen Murray State College in Tishomingo as one of the private schools that will offer a registered nursing course. The second aspect was to give a budget allocation for the registered nursing scholarship program in order to allow the low income individuals to be able to continue its higher nursing educational learning.
