Since, some of these school funds that had been use for the development of the nursing program came from the loan program that been availed from the government or private sectors. With that case, the different nursing schools who have expanded their nursing program especially the Indian River Community College have expected to repay all the cost that they have spent through the increase rates of enrollees in their schools especially to the learners who will be paying their tuition fees. Although, most of the nursing schools had lowered their tuition fees but it was expected that they can still regain the money the money due to the expectant lots of learners who will be enrolling to the nursing program due to the fact that there are several career opportunities that waits on their career field.
