As the result of that strike, all the more the government had become more alarm over the nursing profession in the country. In that case, the governments here in the Untied States together with the Nursing Association are planning to things out regarding the several concerns in the nursing field. They have agreed to create a nursing campaign through the usage of media access. In which, the real life situations of nurses will be featured and televise in the different television station in the country. As well, part of the program will encourage the youth or young individuals to pursue a nursing program whether a nursing bachelor degree online or a nursing degree from a campus based nursing school.

If there will be more young individuals who will be pursuing a nursing career education program, it could help in lessening the workload of the current nurses. As well, it provides a quality nursing service to the patients and to the healthcare institutions where they employed. Aside of that also, the government are planning to increase the nursing compensation rate and been given additional privileges in order to motivate the nurses to perform their job function well and as well to encourage more young individuals to take up the nursing course program. The government is very much hopeful that this plan out strategy will workout and the nursing concerns especially about nursing shortage will be resolve.
