At this present time, most of the people around the globe especially here in the United States have experience a vast increase in the prices of food consumption, tuition fee and gasoline consumption leading to high fare rate for the individuals who are commuters. The restriction of not allowing any increase of educational expenditures for healthcare courses especially the nursing course program is because of the fact that most of the medical institutions are experiencing a shortage in nursing workforce as well to the other course program.

By not increasing the educational expenditures of the nursing program in the different nursing schools whether campus based or online school, it encourages more young individuals to take up this nursing program and other healthcare course program as their career education for their future career life. In that manner, the government’s goal of increasing the nursing personnel’s together with the other healthcare personnel’s in the country was hit for that instance because it motivated the young individuals to take this course program rather than taking another course program. The restriction of the increase of the healthcare course program was one of the supports that the government gave to the healthcare especially nursing workforce team to strengthen their career field and enables to increase their numbers. Aside of that support, the government are also giving healthcare facilities to the public healthcare educational learning institutes in order to lower down their expenditures. Thus, provides a lower rate of tuition fees to the students who will be taking the healthcare course program especially nursing courses.

The government together with the healthcare institutions is very much hopeful that the healthcare personnel’s shortage issue especially in the nursing field will be resolve and the healthcare system especially nursing field will be strengthen through allowing them to increase in numbers.
