Improving the Nursing Educational System

It has been known that the nurses have taken an important role in the society especially in the different medical institutions or in the healthcare institutions. In which, they will be assisting the doctors or physicians in their daily tasks in giving treatment to their patient. No only that, the nurses also promotes wellness or healthcare awareness program to the society in order to ensure that every individual in the nation stays healthy. With the great role of the nurses in the society, the United States government is very concern to strengthen nurse’s team by the strengthening the nursing education offer by the different nursing educational institutes. In which, the national nursing association together with the Department of Education created different career building resources for nursing course program in order to be offered to the different nursing schools. The nursing career building resources will serve as a career development program for the nursing courses. In which, there will be added new training programs, new set of concepts or principles, and facilities in the different nursing schools. As well, part of this career building resources is strengthening the course program of the nursing master degree program or doctoral nursing program. In which, they will be scholarship program that will be given to the individuals who will be pursuing a higher educational learning in nursing field. Since, the United States government together with the nursing association has seen the importance of the nursing higher educational learning upon increasing the production of high caliber nurses in the society. In which, this nurses individuals who have further their higher education will serve as a mentors for the younger generation who have a desire to take up the nursing course program. If several individuals who have finish a nursing master degree programs or doctoral nursing programs, it also means that they can cater a wide range of individuals who will be taking a nursing course program. In that manner, a good amount of education will be given to the aspirant nurses. Since, it was expected that there will be a great increase of nursing enrollees because of several job employment opportunities that waits on it. The strengthening of the offering of master’s or doctoral nursing programs is a great opportunity for the nursing career development in the different medical or healthcare institutions.
