Christmas season is a very important event to all Christian individuals in the globe. Since, it is the birth of the Christian faith. It is expected that Christmas season is a grand celebration to all Christian individuals. In which, several sets of parties are to be conducted with a great abundance of foods presented in the table. In that matter, sometimes people can’t control their eating habit and as a result it will lead to sickness that landed them to the hospitals. It can be observe that there are several individuals admitted in the hospitals due to the occurrence of different kinds of sickness out from the too much food intake. In the hospitals, it quite evident that presence of nurse is really in need. It has been observed that most nurses are the one’s who provide hands on care and health care support especially during the time of medical treatment. Indeed nursing profession played a great role in the medical field and healthcare system.

It is very important to maintain the good foundation of the nursing system around the globe especially in the United States. In which, United States faces a greater challenge in their healthcare system because of the shortage of nurses personnel. For quite a long time, the government and nurses association in the United States create several strategies in order to resolve this situation. There are about six strategies that have been implemented. Below are the lists of strategies.

  1. Recruitment of foreign nurses. Medical institutions in the United States have opened their doorways to give opportunities to foreign individuals get a nursing job in their institutions and most of these nurses come from the developing nations.
  2. Strengthen the skills of practical nurses. The educational learning institute of nurses gives more training and seminars to the practical nurses to strengthen their team in order to much support to the registered nurses.
  3. Establishment of healthcare education institution. This school of learning offers a quality of education and training for individuals who wants to become nurses in the future.
  4. Higher compensation rate for nurses. The government together with the medical institution in the United States plan to create to increase the compensation of the nurses in order to convince individuals to pursue a healthcare career.
  5. Spreading of several nursing scholarship. It’s only one way to convince several students to pursue a nursing course.
  6. Encouraging male students to become nurses. Long before, it has been a notion that the nursing profession are only for female. But, that is not the case. This field of study is for every gender. Actually, it is very important to a male gender in this profession in order to deal up to those areas that need the presence of men.


It is quite clear that the United States government together with the nursing association takes further action in order to provide solution to the different challenges that the nursing profession are facing on. Since, nurses played an important role in the society especially in the healthcare system.
