The government must take importance of the licensed practical nurses because they can become a great help in the field of healthcare. In which, the government must give the licensed practical nurse a chance to develop their skills and abilities thru establishing lots of training for them. With the decline of the registered nurse the licensed practical nurse is much a great help in the nursing team. Although, they only limited to perform job nursing function but still there presence is a great help.
